Women In Insurance 2009
Insurance Networking News 4th Annual Women in Insurance Leadership Awards 2009
To nominate your candidate by June 12, 2009, click here.
Since its inception four years ago, Insurance Networking News presentation of the most influential women in insurance has profiled the extraordinary accomplishments of 22 individuals whose pursuit of excellence, leadership and professional performance has fostered influence that is redefining the insurance business and technology industry landscape.
INNs 2009 Women in Insurance Leadership program will reveal how six of these women arrived at their respective leadership positions. How do they prepare for and manage through difficult change? How do they innovate? How do they identify new market opportunities that fulfill the financial objectives of their institutions? Finally, how do they mentor future leaders, and reach beyond the walls of their institutions to serve the community at large?
This years program will include a ranking methodology determined by examining the quantitative and qualitative aspects of an individual's performance, and overall influence on the institution, the industry and the community in which she lives and works. The judges of this years program will also rank the candidates performance based on job complexity, contribution to the institution's top and bottom lines, brand equity/shareholder value creation, corporate governance and ethics, management style and education and on her level of community involvement.
Having been named an INN Women in Insurance Leadership last year, this years primary judges bring a wealth of knowledge, wisdom and experience to their roles.
The top six candidates, along with four notable achievers, will be featured in a special report published with our September/October print issue, and will be formally recognized as INNs 2009 Women in Insurance Leadership at our second annual Women in Insurance Leadership Forum, hosted by Insurance Networking News in partnership with SMA Inc., on September 13-14 in Dallas in conjunction with the IASA Executive Edge conference.
