In conjunction with the company’s 20th anniversary, Vertafore recently announced three updates to its ImageRight software.
The product enhancements include a new user interface and an added emphasis on collaboration and interoperability.
“The innovations we have announced align with the direction we see the industry heading by empowering the mobile worker, while at the same time further enhancing business processes and operational efficiencies to drive growth and support positive end-customer experiences,” said Sunil Menon, VP of Product Management, Vertafore.
According to a company release, the new interface is designed to provide a configurable, consolidated view with access to each user’s tasks, diaries, list of recent files viewed and messages.
Vertafore is also pushing a collaboration solution that uses a cloud-based platform in an effort to improve commercial workflows between underwriters, claims teams and agency services. ImageRight also supports industry-standard CMIS, which Vertafore expects to ease the implementation of business solutions with other products.
