Sentric Inc., a human capital management software and services firm, has revealed enhancements to SentricWorkforce. The new version features an upgraded payroll component, designed to target middle-market organizations seeking a cloud-based, integrated workforce management suite with HR, payroll, and time and labor management tools.
User benefits of the cloud-based, SaaS system includes the ability of employees to manage their own information, profiles, careers, work/life events, benefits and training via self-service, says Sentric. The system also enables managers to monitor their workforces more efficiently, from time off to qualifications tracking.
Sentric says other benefits include managing workforce communications, training, development and performance from one unified solution; reporting on key workforce metrics, labor costs and point-in-time analytics; and quick implementation and deployment, without investment of internal IT resources.
SentricWorkforce is also component-based, so organizations can subscribe to all or portions of the suite, says Sentric.
