SafeAuto, Thunderhead Strike Enterprise Communication Deal

Thunderhead's NOW solution looks to provide a single platform for the insurer's enterprise communication.

SafeAuto Insurance, a P&C insurer, has selected the NOW solution from Thunderhead to provide standardized documentation on a single platform for policy, billing and claims document generation. Thunderhead is a Software-as-a-Service solutions company.

Thunderhead says SafeAuto needed to implement a solution that would integrate with Guidewire's InsuranceSuite, which the company currently is implementing. SafeAuto selected Thunderhead NOW to provide one common platform for enterprise communication.

NOW provides communication options for SafeAuto’s customers across channels such as printing and faxing, as well as emerging channels such as texting and web delivery, according to Thunderhead. The company provides SafeAuto’s IT department with a straightforward pricing model, reduces annual maintenance costs and significantly increases technical flexibility. Thunderhead adds that business users can design, create and maintain form content with minimal assistance from IT.
