Phoenix Launches eApp Platform
Tablet-compatible tool designed to prevent incorrect annuity application submissions.

The Phoenix Co.s Inc. has launched an electronic application platform designed to enhance the way advisors and brokers complete and submit fixed-indexed annuity application forms.
Phoenix says the eApp is a digital platform that allows users to submit annuity application forms through a secure web portal, rather than by mail. eApp also pre-fills many required data fields, based on information inputted during the needs discussion and product-quoting process.
The application also provides accuracy controls that highlights any fields that are not completely filled, Phoenix says. The eApp is based on Firelight, an e-application business fulfillment solution from Insurance Technologies LLC, and currently is available on a number of tablet devices.
Phoenix adds that Saybrus Partners represents its life and annuity portfolios in key channels, including independent marketing organizations and brokerage general agencies.
