Compliance and Ethics Companies Merge to Form NAVEX Global

Company also announces acquisition of Policy Technologies International.

EthicsPoint Inc. and Global Compliance Services Inc. have merged to form NAVEX Global; the newly formed company also acquired Policy Technologies International Inc. with The Riverside Company, a private equity firm.
