PacificComp Selects FirstBest Underwriting Management System
FirstBest says the software will jump-start ease of doing business with agents and brokers, and pave the way for expansion.

Pacific Compensation Insurance Co. has selected and implemented FirstBest Systems’ FirstBest UMS, an underwriting workstation that is combined with a transactional, real-time agent portal and an instant-upload solution.
The software is part of FirstBest Front Office Suite, designed to unite agents, brokers and underwriters in a collaborative underwriting process that helps them rapidly and efficiently submit, evaluate, quote and close business.
FirstBest says its professional services team partnered with PacificComp to deliver the underwriting management system in fewer than six months.
