Heritage CEO Pexton Resigns

December 8, 2008

London — The board of Heritage Managing Agency Ltd., a specialist insurer that underwrites through Lloyd's of London, and member of Argo Group International Holdings Ltd., announced the resignation of Richard Pexton as CEO, effectively immediately.

Nick Denniston, Heritage's CFO, will assume the position of CEO on an interim basis until a successor is appointed.

David Spiller, chairman of Heritage, says, “We are grateful for the contribution Richard has made in Heritage's growth and development and wish him well in his future pursuits."
