The Gibraltar Group Adds Blesh

Lubbock, Texas — The Gibraltar Group, Lubbock, Texas, a full-service insurance firm that implements active risk management measures, announced it will open an office in Goldthwaite, Texas, on May 5 to serve businesses in Central Texas. Concurrently, the company hired Warren Blesh to lead operations in its new office.

In his position as a broker, Blesh will be responsible for account management, sales and consulting services with a focus on agricultural, manufacturing and retailing businesses in Central and West Texas.
 
“I’m excited to become a part of The Gibraltar Group team and lead the company’s expansion in Central Texas,” says Blesh. “Living and doing business in this area, I’ve recognized a true need for a commercial insurance provider with a regional office and a focus on the industries that drive our region’s economy.”
 
Prior to joining The Gibraltar Group, Blesh served as the president of the Dallas office of Palmer and Cay, a national insurance broker. There, he helped drive company growth by increasing the firm’s annual premium income from $12 million to $40 million, boosting company-wide sales and strategically managing all aspects of the business.
