Evolution Capital Partners acquisition of Accurate Group LLC represents the fourth platform investment in its current fund, Evolution says.
Accurate is a national, full-service title agency providing title insurance and settlement services, which include property valuation, appraisal services, basic flood zone certification, title services, closing and escrow services.
"We believe that the timing of the investment coincides well with the overall economic environment," says Jeffrey Kadlic, managing partner, Evolution. "The Accurate management team with the support of Evolution has constructed a growth plan we are very excited about."
