AXA has deployed Teradata's Data Warehouse Appliance to improve regulatory reporting and enhance operational intelligence to help employees on the front lines of the institution, according to the technology provider.
"The financial sector has been under enormous pressure for several years to improve management efficiency, execute marketing campaigns that drive sales, and meet regulatory standards," says Hermann Wimmer, president, Teradata EMEA.
The Teradata Appliance provides a solid foundation for a range of powerful analytics designed to assist AXA in responding to the regulatory requirements for fraud and money laundering and make it possible to comply with both European directives, Basel III and Solvency II.
