Amica Turns to SAS Software With New Marketing Efforts
Software to boost multichannel marketing and spur customer segmentation.

Amica, a mutual insurer of automobiles, has chosen campaign management software from SAS, a marketing management and business analytics company, in an effort to improve targeted marketing efforts.
SAS says its Marketing Automation and Marketing Optimization products are designed to help Amica streamline and supercharge its campaign management, providing the speed and power to keep up with complex, multichannel marketing campaigns.
Amica anticipates identifying winning combinations of marketing campaigns, channels and target audiences, according to SAS. The insurer's customer interactions will be improved via the provision of the right offer at the right time, through preferred channels.
