Ethos Investigative Services Acquires InspectaClaim

March 24, 2008

St. Petersburg, Fla. — Ethos Investigative Services Inc., a risk mitigation provider, has purchased InspectaClaim LLC.

The acquisition of InspectaClaim, a Kentucky-based investigative firm specializing in insurance fraud investigations, broadens Ethos position in the marketplace, according to Ed Cotilla, president of Ethos. Ethos now provides on-site surveillance operations in Kentucky, Florida and Alabama.

The acquisition is effective immediately, and Ethos will maintain its corporate office in St. Petersburg, Fla. and a satellite office in Lexington, Kentucky.
