Allianz Life Hires Change Management Specialist

Margaret Peck comes from Express Scripts where she managed the delivery of a $30 million HIPAA project.

Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America today hired Margaret Peck as senior director of change implementation for the operations department.

In this role, Peck will provide leadership and direction around change management to improve administration of the business. According to the insurer, it will be her job to ensure development and performance benchmarks are in place that are consistent with the strategic goals of the department. Peck will report to the VP of Customer Experience Management, Julie Feirtag.

“Peck has been recognized for her leadership in both developing teams and bringing divisions together to achieve results,” Feirtag said. “I’m confident her leadership, collaboration skills and her business acumen will be a great addition to Operations at Allianz Life.”

Peck comes to Allianz Life from St. Louis-based Express Scripts where she led application development and business analysis activities for the pharmacy benefit company. During her tenure, Peck managed the delivery of a $30 million HIPAA compliance project.
