Skywire Software Appoints Kirby

February 26, 2008

Frisco, Texas — Skywire Software, a global provider of software and services to the insurance, financial services and legal and professional services industries, announced Carrie Kirby as VP, HR and chief people officer.

Kirby joins the company’s senior management team and reports to Skywire Software’s CEO and President Patrick Brandt. In her new role, Kirby is responsible for leading human resources for the company, including the areas of recruitment, retention and employee development.

“Carrie brings significant leadership experience in human resources operations, employee development and training to her new roles at Skywire Software,” Brandt says. “At the end of the day, a company is all about its people. Most recently, Kirby led human resources for two divisions of TXU. She previously held leadership positions at Netrake and Delinea Corp. Kirby also worked for six years in the technology practice of Ray & Berndtson.
