Skywire Software Relocates Worldwide Corporate Headquarters

Frisco, Texas - Mark Depker, president of Hall Financial Group's management division, announced Skywire Software signed a new 49,500-square-foot lease for its new worldwide corporate headquarters at 3000 Internet Blvd. in the Hall Office Park development in Frisco, Texas.

A Hall Office Park tenant since its inception, Skywire Software has grown from its initial 7,500-square-foot lease, to more than 19,500 square feet. The company is also expanding to more than 49,500 square feet on two floors to accommodate its success and increases in revenue and number of employees.

Founded in 2000, Skywire Software has experienced tremendous growth both organically and through 10 acquisitions. The company serves more than 2,400 customers in 45 countries worldwide, and employs more than 650 globally.

Skywire Software officials said approximately 180 of the company's employees moved into the new space within Hall Office Park on Dec. 7. The move consolidates employees from the company's previous headquarters, located in Hall Office Park at 2401 Internet Blvd., and its office located at One Lincoln Center in Dallas. In addition to its corporate headquarters in Frisco, Skywire Software has eight offices located throughout North America and the United Kingdom, with satellite offices worldwide.

"We're pleased that Skywire Software has opted to grow within Hall Office Park," says Depker. "When our tenants expand within the park, it is an indicator that what we are doing here helps them be more creative and more productive, ultimately increasing their bottom line success."
