Maguire Named Director for Zurich Global
December 10, 2007Schaumburg, Ill. – Zurich named Greg Maguire as director of customer and distribution management for Zurich’s Global Corporate in North America unit, effective Jan. 1, 2008.
In this newly created position, Maguire will be responsible for overseeing all of Global Corporate marketing and relationship management activities in North America. He will work with all Global Corporate and North America Commercial units, including Risk Engineering and Claims, to ensure Zurich is pursuing a cohesive go-to-market approach in its relationships with distributors and customers.
Maguire currently serves as executive VP and director of Zurich’s Global Corporate property unit in North America. Maguire joined Zurich in 1995 from The Home Insurance Co., where he was senior VP and director of property underwriting. Prior to that, he served 14 years at American International Group Inc., where his positions included senior VP and director of property underwriting for commerce and industry.
