United Fire Group Selects Accenture's Claims Solution
Claim Components software bought in an effort to enable real-time analytics and improve service for agents, customers.

United Fire Group Inc. and its subsidiaries have selected Accenture to implement Accenture Claim Components to serve as the insurer’s core claims processing system.
The goal of the implementation, according to United Fire Group, is to streamline claims processes and improve service for agents and customers.
Accenture says Claim Components covers P&C claims functions from first notice of loss to settlement and recovery, for all lines of business. The solution is designed to provide real-time analytics and business-driven configuration consoles that help United Fire Group in its effort to manage individual claims and balance its claims workload.
Accenture’s policy and claims software offers insurance carriers an integrated suite of software with modules that can be implemented individually or as part of a broader migration strategy, says the company. The combined software enables insurers of all sizes to benefit from a flexible suite of P&C software to configure products, transact lines of business and process claims.
