OneAmerica Names Chief Agency Officer
Insurer hires an 18-year veteran of the financial services industry.

American United Life Insurance Co. (AUL), a OneAmerica company, has hired Jeff Malicki as its new chief agency officer, overseeing the career-building general agency system of AUL's individual life and financial services division.
Malicki is an 18-year veteran of the financial services industry, most recently leading the western region for Guardian's new agency integration team. Previously, he was agency director and regional sales consultant for MassMutual Financial Group.
"[Jeff’s] diverse skills in key areas such as recruiting, on boarding, producer productivity and second-line management development will help lead us forward," says Mark Wilkerson, president of individual life and financial services.
