Prudential Financial Creates Early Talent Identification Programs
The pipeline programs are designed to to build relationships with bright, young and diverse college students and close talent gaps.

Through the end of May, Prudential Financial Inc., a financial services company, will host two early talent development pipeline programs for high-achieving, diverse college students. The Prudential Peak Leadership Conference and the Actuarial Success Awareness Program bring college students to Prudentialís headquarters to expose them to the company and potential career paths in financial services.
