GEICO announced its intentions to hire more than 4,000 associates in 2013. The company has grown its associate population by nearly 20 percent in the last five years, according to a press release, and will be hiring in all GEICO offices, including auto damage adjuster and legal positions.

GEICO says it will host numerous training classes starting in January and February in claims, customer service and sales, and applications are being accepted now. The company’s college recruiters will be on campuses throughout the spring semester recruiting grads for fast-track leadership programs in business and information technology.

GEICO offers competitive starting salaries, paid training, comprehensive benefits packages, and continuing education opportunities.
