Enservio Launches Online Contents Valuation Tool

Enservio, a provider of software and services to property insurers, has launched ContentsExpress, an online contents valuation tool designed to accelerate the contents claims process for property insurance claims. ContentsExpress provides a secure online tool for insurance carriers and adjusters to inventory, value and adjust contents claims, and enables improved communication between the carrier, policyholders and Enservio service teams, according to the company.

Enservio says ContentsExpress marks the next phase of contents claims solutions by providing carriers and adjusters with a tool they can access online anytime, rather than static spreadsheets and point-solution inventory and valuation tools.

ContentsExpress is designed to enable each carrier to create and apply customized administrative controls for handling property contents claims, reinforcing existing business processes, Enservio adds. Claims adjusters logging into ContentsExpress can enter claims inventory data, calculate valuations, adjust and evaluate the claim for settlement, all from a single screen, according to the company.
