AssuredPartners Acquires Tobias Insurance Group
Tobias will continue operating at its headquarters in Indianapolis.

AssuredPartners Inc. has acquired Tobias Insurance Group, which will continue operating under its own name and at its headquarters in Indianapolis.
Tobias is a commercial insurance brokerage company serving clients both domestically and internationally, and the business will continue under the leadership of Nick J. Rutigliano, according to AssuredPartners.
AssuredPartners adds that Tobias offers a mix of insurance products and services, including P&C, surety and employee benefits. Tobias works with a wide array of industries, with a strong focus on construction. This acquisition will expand strategically AssuredPartners’ footprint in the Midwest.
