Arthur J. Gallagher Acquires Ahrold Fay Rosenberg
AFR team to stay in place under direction of Thomas J. Gallagher.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., an insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, has acquired Ahrold Fay Rosenberg (AFR). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Arthur J. Gallagher says AFR is a retail insurance broker providing retail P&C, employee benefits and risk management insurance services, as well as human resources and loss control services, for their commercial clients throughout the Midwest.
AFR specializes in the non-farm agricultural and construction industries, says Arthur J. Gallagher. John Ahrold, John Fay, Brook Rosenberg and their team will continue to operate in their current Des Moines, Iowa, location under the direction of Thomas J. Gallagher, head of Gallagher's Midwest retail P&C brokerage operations.
