AGENTS AND BROKERS ADOPT NEW RPOST E-MAIL SERVICE

Los Angeles-based RPost U.S. Inc. says independent insurance agencies and brokerages are adopting RPost as a service platform for outbound e-mail. Confronted with errors and omissions (E&O) liability exposures, agents and brokers need technology that enables them to optimize electronic communications while minimizing risk. By shoring up the security gap, RPost Registered E-Mail messages offer speed, security, accountability and personal liability protection in a cost-effective solution that can be used for an average cost of 59 cents per message. The company's services provide the e-mail sender with legally valid evidence of what e-mail content and attachments were sent and received, by whom and when.

UPDATED TEALEAF SOFTWARE HELPS CARRIERS USE 'CEM'

San Francisco-based Tealeaf Technology Inc., introduces Tealeaf cxView, an addition to the company's family of CX online customer experience applications that provides a 360-degree view of the online customer experience, the vendor says. The product provides customer experience analytics, including customizable dashboards and scenario impact reports that help companies understand why customers succeed or fail when using critical online processes. Anyone involved in e-business can track key performance indicators of the success or failure of online customers to discover-in real time-the issues that keep companies from realizing business goals, says Tealeaf.

CONFLUENCY HELPS AGENTS CUSTOMIZE WEB PRESENCE

Confluency Solutions Inc., Jacksonville, Fla., is including Program Pages in a suite of Web site modules of content, forms, security and estimators designed for independent insurance agents. Program Pages are designed to help sites support offline sales and customer development. The Pages extend ordinary communications, which are restricted by time or space, by linking messages to specific, online resources, the company says. Many independent insurance agency sites are generic and irrelevant to key business initiatives because agencies find it too expensive or time-consuming to change them, Confluency says. Confluency's Program Pages combine insurance and risk articles, FAQs, secure forms and interactive Wizards from a suite of Web modules to build Web page in support of print, radio, TV, mail or customer development campaigns.

OPERATIONAL RISK MODULE ADDED TO BPS PLATFORM

Business Propulsion Systems Inc.'s (BPS) next-generation operational risk module is an addition to its BPS Server 5.1 governance, risk and compliance platform. A key component of the Server 5.1 suite, the operational risk module supports loss event processing and tracking, collaborative risk/control self-assessment framework and key risk indicator (KRI) management. Key capabilities include tracking and documenting the review process, peer collaboration, issues and action plan management, and configurable and ad hoc reporting.
