Five Reasons Knowledge Management is Broken

Knowledge management is an increasingly important focus for companies to tap their collective knowledge for insight and efficiency. In a recent survey conducted by Coveo and the Technology Services Industry Association, 65 percent of those surveyed said they feel like they are always working on a knowledge management initiative.
