Given Gartner's list yesterday of top 10 technologies expected to have the greatest impact on P&C insurers in the near future, what is it that you're currently considering as your next major investment going forward?

we have researched enough to conclude that we will invest on this insurance technology this year. They have robust systems and we are able to develop our own solution.

Kim, Gartner posted two reports, one on a prediction from 2008 through 2012 and one for the year 2011. Unfortunately, the URL for both of those reports is no longer active.

Here is Gartner's general URL: http://www.gartner.com/technology/home.jsp
The research firm requires registration even to search, so you'll need to take some extra steps. Hope this helps.

I would go for Web 2.0 and social networking technology. Many companies today are taking advantage of this, to generate leads and sales. The impact has been great.
