Company Description and Logo

  • 50 Word company description including the company address, contact, phone, email and website address that will be listed in the conference manual
  • Logo in a vector format, EPS, Illustrator or PNG. Please let us know of the PMS colors used in your logo. Submit via email to kristen.mulieri@sourcemedia.com


Conference Manual Ads
Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for eligibility. If eligible, your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks removed) and scaled to the following specifications: 8.5" x 11" with a 1/4" border around your design. Email the ad to Kristen Mulieri.


Staff Registration Forms Due
Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Register your team by September 28, 2015.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Hotel Accommodations

SourceMedia has secured a block of rooms at the InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile exclusively for attendees of the Women in Insurance Leadership Forum. Please be sure to book your room by September 22, 2015 by calling the hotel at 312-944-4100 or 800-628-2112 and referencing Women In Insurance or using the code Res. ID NO. 3 for the special group rate of $259/night + tax. Rooms will be available on a first come, first served basis.
