9/4/2012	Company Description and Logo 50 Word company description including the company address, contact, phone, email and website address that will be listed in the conference manual Logo in a vector format, EPS, Illustrator or PNG. 9/4/2012	Conference Manual Ads Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for eligibility. If eligible, your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks removed) and scaled to the following specifications: 8.5" x 11" with a 1/4" border around your design. E-mail the ad to Sorah Choi or save it to a CD-ROM and overnight it to Sorah's attention at: One State Street Plaza, 27th Fl., New York, NY 10004.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Register your team by September 24th, 2012.

SourceMedia has secured a block of rooms at the Chicago Marriott Schaumburg exclusively for attendees of the 5th Annual Women in Insurance. Please be sure to book your room by September 26, 2012 via this reservation link for the special group rate of $129/night + tax. Rooms will be available on a first come first served basis.

*Due to space restrictions, please ship all items to arrive at the venue on or after October 15, 2012.
*Please bring shipment tracking numbers on-site to ensure proper delivery.
