WINNING AND KEEPING CUSTOMERS: WHERE STRATEGY AND TECHNOLOGY MEET

What drives insurance companies to invest in document automation strategies? According to a recent industry survey from SMA Strategy Meets Action, two-thirds of insurers cite “improving customer service” as a key driver of technology purchases. More than half plan to invest in eDelivery technologies in an effort to meet this business goal. In this session, SMA founder Deb Smallwood will share results from SMA’s research, reviewing priorities and spending trends in customer communication technologies; while Oracle’s James Mullarney will discuss how an enterprise-wide document strategy can provide a seamless flow of information to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
