A recent report from industry analyst firm Aite Group shows that annuities sales are the largest contributors to insurers’ top lines, and their importance will only grow as the vast population of baby boomers nears retirement. Annuities straight-through processing (STP) will help distributors and manufacturers sell annuities to retiring baby boomers, but the road to realization is proving rocky.

In this webcast, Aite research director and report author, Clark Troy, will share his research on the efforts to increase straight-through processing for annuities. Key challenges include reconciling product innovation with standards-based processes and development timelines.
