The notions of advanced and predictive analytics has been sweeping across the business community for several years with several high profile examples of success.  And while the insurance industry has made strides there is increasing pressure to adopt advanced analytics in new and increasingly significant ways.  The challenge facing most senior leaders is how to do so effectively and efficiently in a highly competitive marketplace.  Navigating the advanced analytics landscape requires a mix of hard and soft skills to move forward and generate ROI.  The issue resides in balancing the technical capabilities embodied in data, software, and methodology along with the behavioral capabilities embodied in the organization, talent, and culture.

This workshop will explore a framework consisting of Nine Levers for maximizing ROI in a format emphasizing group discussions and Q&A.  Workshop participants will be well positioned for active participation in the Symposium presentations which follow throughout the two days.
