GETTING ALIGNMENT AND CONSISTENCY: APPLYING THE SCIENTIFIC METHOD TO THE ANALYTIC PROCESS
The process of analytics is as important, if not more so, than the intrinsic analytic ability of individuals. The process determines whether conclusions are accepted regardless of the quantitative talent of the analyst who produced the conclusions. Drawing on the presenter’s experience designing process and operational analytics at Liberty Mutual, this session will focus on strategies to build a successful analytics function from the perspective of influencing stakeholders through process design.
