The congruence of our own goals, values, and philosophy with that of the company and its culture determines the degree of our involvement, productivity, excitement, and innovation and fuels success as leaders. But how do we encourage the younger generation to feel as passionate, loyal and committed to the firm when they come from a “me” generation? This sesion will feature a GenY panel for table-side discussions.
